If you don't want people to care what you say or post, then why do you bother to say or post?

Well … that is a good point … But as I've been saying. I'd think if we all agree to disagree and move on that works for me. And others I'd think ?

And as we have said, everybody is allowed to have an opinion. And anybody can agree or disagree.

And if someone addresses me, I feel it may be rude, etc., not to reply. In a civil and maybe humorous manner if appropriate …

And DJ, If I didn't understand what you were trying to say to me. I am sorry. But I get negative posts directed as me fairly often. From a number of posters[not mentioning any names], for a plethora of reason, etc., etc.
I will again freely state. Even though I have 2 sets of wing from the US ARMY, I'm no Angel …

Sometimes I can't see the "forest for the trees". Again as I have said previously, I'm not as bright as some/many here. And possibly still can make mistakes, errors and again, post something some may consider "stupid", dumb, etc.

But again if anyone finds me that unsavory, bad, stupid, etc., … There is always the Stifle option …

No, actually, it is because many of the guys here seem to have attitudes that I, (and others) don't understand.

I suspect that if you listed the names of the people you disagree with, it would not be 'many' compared to the total population of TMP.

Nor am I sure what remedy you propose. Suppression of viewpoints you don't agree with? You already have the Stifle and Ignore tools.

We wonder how you manage to live in a world with other people when you so obviously despise, distrust or simply don't understand anyone who is a different colour or gender.

Seems an odd comment to make at a website where the staff is predominantly non-white and the staff editors are a different gender.

I feel sorry for advertisers who feel they need to be here, but must cringe when they see someone else make statements like, 'we should just nuke the whole middle east' or, 'we should just ban all muslims'.

Did you forget that we have a Muslim staff editor who handles all of the forum complaints? Do you really think she would tolerate that sort of thing?

Well after all that, DJ, we can agree to disagree if we disagree at all. To use an old Book title from the '60s(IIRC), "You're OK, I'm OK".

I got not beef with you if you don't have one with me … And if so … again, we can agree to disagree. Without vitriol, derision, etc.

As far as my memory/recall, I'm old … and forget or mix things ups and a times get confused sometimes …
