PVC pipe
Soda cans
Chicken Coop Wire for the railings
Fluorescent Light Grating for the larger grid things
Clear Elmers glue or resin or any of the water effects products for the pool. with some green ink and maybe some browns
Maybe a sewing spindle cut in half for those circular things on the ground?
Lots of brass tubing for the pipes in that circular hole in the back

Pieces like those are everywhere. Just look at the shapes and textures of things you run into, and ignore colors and materials. One of our jobs -- and joys -- is turning bright colored plastic into drab metal, wood, stone, etc.

You'd need something that has a waffle-like texture for some of the vertical pieces. But then the rest of the pieces you need could be the same as some of these here.

"Epic cast"

Armorcast, surely. Epicast has been shut down for years.
