Plenty of fortune tellers and dancing girls – what about a menacing set of armed menfolk? I'm only aware of the old West Wind Gothic Horror figs and they'll be in there but I need more rank and file. What else?

Check out Fenryll Miniatures. They have a number of figures in their range that are perfect for gypsies.

As far as Cossacks, not sure about some of the headgear. Old Glory has a line--you might take a look through their villager pack: link Or some of the others. Some of their Middle Eastern Mob might be usable: link If you're going to Fall In, you can call ahead and ask them to bring some packs. They don't mind bringing some "just to look at".
