Just a quick note to say that, at last, I have finished updating my Directory of 28mm manufacturers. Hopefully all new ranges of figures, changes of ownership/trading status etc are now included.

Although there are 160-odd makers listed, I still have one or two new ones to add. So please keep an eye out over the next few weeks!

I didn't see RAFM, nor Ral Partha. Have they stopped making 28mm?

See, this is the thing. Despite finding 163 different makers of 28mm historical figures, there are still others coming to light!

I thought RAFM and Ral Partha were fantasy-type people?

I think our Editor and Staff should be doing this as well as posting the Kickstarters that are relevant to the community. If you have a Facebook access I would urge you to post the list there as well. Thanks for doing this.

Both Ral Partha and RAFM have done historical figures. They are more (Ral Partha) or less (RAFM) 25mm, rather than 28mm. Ral Partha was broken up, so you are probably looking at listing the name, then referencing the current manufacturer.

Thanks for that, Grelber. That would explain why my google search was a touch confusing! I will investigate further….

You should check out REVIRESCO tin-soldier.com Here there is an extensive line of 28mm (1/64th scale), RPG figures, Colonial Troops and Artillery, Fantasy Figures, Plate and Chain Mail Knights, WWI Troops and Artillery, Naval and Fortress Guns. In 25mm we have THE STARGUARD SCIFI line and many fantasy figures.
