One does not replace. One ADDS.

The old Silesians went into the stripper tank, they will revert to the Russians they were ment to be.

Buying unneeded figures is an essential part of our hobby!

You can always use them for conversions or runners or whatever. No real army has ever been fielded that exactly matched its TOE.

I am planning my next purchase including some figures I don't need. One thing I know for a certainty is that, if I get rid of the "unneeded figures", I will want them for something shortly after they are no longer mine. Past is prologue.

I want to go into the stripper tank!!!! O wait, I thought that was an euphemism. :)

Smack them with a hammer and turn them into dead Silesians.

"A" pack of unnecessary figures? What, the manufacturer's inventory was low?

Replacing a battalion of Minifig 2nds that are in my Prussian army but the figures are actually Russians. There are 3 more the 10th regiment fusilers are going to be left alone, thd 4th East Prussian musketeers are the other two that are going to be swapped.
These figures are some of my original from 1980 and 1 figure only when I pulled it out of the tank of Goof Off and scrubbed it with a old toothbrush was originally a very bright green. Not 1 other has ever been like that

Was trying to clean that bright green Russian figure and was wondering if that was my first attempt at a Russian uniform or some color test.
