I found this vehicle a bit unexpected:

When I first saw it, I thought of it as an inspiration for a Pulp Era spaceship. Now, seeing it again, I think it would be better just to put caterpillar tracks under it as a sort of post-apocalyptic "land raider" evil grin in a world where the Great War went on a bit too long…

Wow, I can definitely see a PA application for such a tracked version. Specially if there's a nuclear winter that lasts for several years and yet the battle goes on.
