We saw their planned release of him seated, the classic post Waterloo despondent look. Here is "the Great Thief of Europe", as Christopher Plummer termed him, looking a bit more confident

Very nice. Is it me, or is he sitting a bit far back in the saddle? The piles, perhaps. |

Slightly different view sent to me tonight. He is nice and I do like the horse. They can be a bit thick in the chest and narrow in the rear, based on the original masters, but this one does work really well.

Mind you, he also had pyelonephritis and cystitis. There are rumours about his prostate, but, in those days, no-one knew about that organ or its functions. Leaning forwards would be no fun. Leaning backwards would be worse, with haemorrhoids (UK spelling) I have, so far, been spared such complaints, thanks be to God! But suspect I would be standing to watch the battle regardless. A Chicken Marengo does sound a better prospect than a really nice Vindaloo, in that case |

Great figure, but even Napoleon knew to hold the reins in his left hand. |

Stunning figure, and the face looks perfect, I don't collect 28mm only 10mm, but I think I need him, even just to sit on my shelf and stare down at me. Top notch Ged. |
