It's been a while but I've started sculpting Junior Officers again. This is the first one and he's telling the troops behind him to "HOLD!" :) …

The next one will be started tomorrow so there will be more to come :) .

The last batch turned up and after a little arranging, were primed. Now it's just a case of waiting for the right time to get my brushes out (in between sculpting and life stuff):

Speaking of sculpting, now it's time to start with other stuff that wasn't part of the original project…

First up, a sniper (I'm not a fan of Squat snipers… I tend to use Ratling for the sniping duties… but it was requested so here it is):

And here's a bunch of WIP sculpts; a DJ (who will be getting decks, speakers and an "AH YEAH!") and five close combat specialists (who will be getting a bolt pistol and a melee weapon of some description – hammer/axe/sword):

After these are finished, I really don't know what will be next…

I decided to sculpt the close combat troopers individually… and have now finished the first one of five :) :

I was failing dismally; trying to sculpt them all together so it just made sense to cut things down a bit. I've started on the second one and hope to have him finished by the end of the week :) .

I've run out of sculpting mojo so I thought I'd paint the first infantry squad for the first platoon :) :

I've started to paint the heavy weapon squad for the same platoon so (hopefully) that should be finished in the next week or so :) .
