This year JJ's Wargames temporarily located to Liempde in the Netherlands for a summer holiday which included a visit to the great Roman collection at the Valkhof Museum in Nijmegan.

Excellent report and photos of the museum at ULPIA NOVIAMAGUS.

I must confess, I am an hours distance by train from Nijmegen, but never visited the museum. After seeing your photos, I just may do that.

Leiden Museum also has a nice collection.

Cheers,
Robert

Hi Robert,
Thank you. Leiden Museum is noted for future expeditions to the Netherlands. I will be posting the vists to Xanten and Halten when time permits, again both great museums for different reasons.

I enjoyed your series of DBA campaign ideas by the way, very interesting.
Cheers
JJ
