Today I went to this show, spent lots of cash, and had a good time! I have don a photo journal so you can enjoy it too! Its on this link
Hope you like it…despite the poor picture quality due to the lighting! |

Nice pics, was a bit disappointed Leven Miniatures never made it there for some reason. No one selling micro armour and very few selling 15mm. Still worth supporting it. Didn't realise you were a mate of Jim from Westerhope. See you at Carronade maybe at Stockton. |

We had an email from Leven saying he was ill and couldn't attend unfortunately. Back next year!! Thanks for the excellent report Herky. |

I got there a wee bit late after me and my chums got stuck in an horrendous traffic jam at the last roundabout in Gateshead coming south. I heard later that there had been a suicide attempt at the Tyne bridge. I spoke to a few guys here and there but only saw two other scots lads so it was a wee bit quiet overall. I got a few pre-paid Napoleonics from Pendraken and a few more while I was there, some tufts from Warbases, a handful of Caesarian Romans for command bases from Warlord, a bag of gravel from Northumbria Painting Services, some 'merican cornfields from Last Valley and a book on Napoleonic tactics from one of the book sellers. My chums got a few Bloodbowl teams from the flea market and some boxed boardgames. All in all a nice day out. Will go again next year. |

Didn't realise you were a mate of Jim from Westerhope. See you at Carronade maybe at Stockton. My bad, I Couldn't remember the name of the Westerhope chap, I will be at Stockton later in the year – at Battleground. I completely missed you JimDuncan! I got there at 10:30 and was gone by 12:15! Sorry you had such difficulty getting down! |

My mistake, I meant Battleground. I didn't see you either Jim Duncan, arrived at 10.00 and left at 1.30 ish I didn't spend a lot. Some Team Yankee buildings, some Minibits palm trees and dice. Bought some excellent modern German decals from Tumbling Dice (made by Doms Decals) Intended for 1/300 aircraft, but ideal for modern German 6mm micro armour and aircraft. Plus one or two bits and bobs from the table sale. |

@Jarrovian and @Herky I will be at the next couple of shows up north, Kirriemuir and Forfar and then Battleground in November. Might see you both then. |
