Ordering a Aeronef fleet next month but want to get playing. thinking of using my Dystopian Wars fleets to try out the rules. Figure they will work for Naval and Aerial if I use the altiyude rules? Anyone try?

Imperial Skies is largely about the turning arcs. Use the IS arcs and you'll be fine.

Does Imperial Skies take into account altitides and ability to fire up/down and ground attack?

As far as I can remember Imperial Skies does do that, but I'll check my rulebook to make certain.
