I am a Philadelphia area gamer. I am wrapping wargaming around our local football coverage. Hear is where I can use some help. Eagles play the Redskins to open. Washington peeps, give me some idea on local fare for lunch. Philly has hoagies, cheesesteaks, pretzels. Give me some menu ideas |

The DC Metro Area is really a microcosm of world cuisine. As long as you overcharge for food and happy hour runs from 1500-1900, you should be fine. That aside, Five Guys is from DC (well NORVA was the first one), so greasy burgers and vegan fries (thick cut potatoes cooked in peanut oil) are an option. Murhlund Crab cakes with Old Bay seasoning are also an adopted DC "tradition". Microbrew beer is also a must. |
