My clubmate Zach has been busy painting a British force for Sharp Practice 2, to fight against my French. we finally had time to deploy them on the field of battle. He wrote a battle report about the ensuing game: link Needless to say, playing against British was quite another challenge than the Russians! |

Cheers. Good report. First time I have seen a Level 4 Leader in use. |

Though overall your units were pretty low on commanders. As you found, having a single leader in command of a number of groups can lead them to become pretty vulnerable if one becomes a casualty. |

Advocate: absolutely agreeing in the case of the lancers! It should have either be led by a lvl 2 and maybe even a lvl 1 as well, just to be able to soak up a hit in a skirmish-rich environment. However, I don't completely agree on the other units being low on commanders, as I find a lvl 2 backed up by a lvl 1 is pretty solid for a 3-4 unit formation. But it's always worth having a dutiful corporal around to take a bullet or step up to the plate if your better leaders take a dive. |
