Any historical wargame groups in the ST Louis area?

There is Big Muddy. It has a game day the third Sunday of the month at Game Nite hobby shop. (sometimes date is moved due to shop needs). They are having a convention on Nov. 10-12, near Westport Plaza. Their email is bmhga@juno.com. Their Yahoo group is bmhga@yahoo.com. They recently have gamed Napoleonics, World War II, Zulu, Congo, DBA, American Civil War. There is a DBA group that meets at various members houses who are members of the Big Muddy group. There is a Wednesday night game night at The Fantasy Shop (I think it is) in O'Fallon, Illinois. I have never been to it. I hope that helps you find something.

There is likewise a group that meets Tuesday nights at Game Night, usually starting around 6 or 7, which plays a huge variety of games, from ancients to modern, and small skirmish to far larger games. Popular rules are Flames of War, Bolt Action, Saga, Test of Honor, and some stellar homebrewed western rules, based on Fistful of Dice, but there are tons more rules and periods that are gamed as well.

Come on out, we'd be happy to have you.
