As a casual observer of the Phenomena I would vote of Dinklage/Tyrion.

So hard to choose. I'll just go on a safe bet with Charles Dance. He (and great screenwriting) brought A LOT to what otherwise could have been a somewhat generic bad guy. At least, I never thought that much of Martin's take on him.

It's hard not to pick Dinklage, but, IMO, his writing has suffered this season.
