Either one will kill the other real soon or it's a ploy to make Littlefinger show his hand.
Too bad Bran be trippin' all the time, or he could set them both straight.

My hope is that Sansa knifes Littlefinger.
Problem with that is that Bronze Jon Royce and the Knights of the Vale are at Winterfell because somehow Littlefinger is Lord of the Vale. Or something. Where's SweetRobin, by the way?
Anyway, if Littlefinger dies, Vale has no reason to be loyal to Sansa.

Why not?… her aunt was their lider … her cousin would rule and he need a mentor (well, rather a psychiatrist)…maybe Sansa is her next mentor?

In my opinion … all that sisters affair is a bluff to mask the next death of Littlefinger … a diabolical plan of Arya that much learned about this in her last school …

If Jon pair with Dany … Can Sansa be the leader of of the Vale and Arya the Queen of the North?

Littlefinger is regent to his stepson Robin.

We will see.

Oh, it's certainly a ploy. After seeing her train with Brianne, Littlefinger realizes that Arya can be a powerful asset to Sansa and a threat to his influence over her. With Brianne gone and the Northern nobles grumbling against her, he has to drive the sisters apart to keep Sansa dependent upon his "counsel."

I'm just disappointed that Sansa has not really learned her lessons since King's Landing. All of her problems, from that letter to her horrible marriage to Ramsey is Littlefinger's doing. She should have figured that out by now and made sure the little weasel never troubles her family again.

Littlefinger is either going to die a horrible death at the hands of Sansa or Arya OR he is going to end up the king. I make no bets on which.

I'd rather see him slowly eaten by a dragon than burned by one.

Sansa is the dumbest character on the show and deserves to die.

Arya would make a much better Lady of Winterfell.

Those nobles wouldn't be giving her any Bleeped text like they do with Sansa.

littlefinger to get the needle in the next episode under a death sentance …. I wonder what it is that he doth do ?

I seriously doubt Brianne will venture too far from Winterfell. She must suspect something.

Speaking of Brianne, the moment she hears that Tormund was almost killed she will go to him and together they will make an entire tribe of giant children.

PS. Is it me or does Jon have a really lousy communication system with his sisters at Winterfell? Either that or Jon should have Bran next to him as his personal Warg, wherever he goes, so that he can see everything that is happening.

And yet he can send Gendry to run 50 miles to Eastwatch, have Gendry send a raven 500 miles to Dany, and have air support the next morning.

The implication (according to various sites) is that it was at least a couple of days on that rock for the ice to thicken hard enough to support the weight of the wights, which would have given enough time for the above to happen. They definitely could have done a better job displaying that passage of time in the show though!

It certainly looked like overnight on the show!

Nope, just overnight. I forget where I saw it (syfy wire news site I think) where they had some quotes from the directors about it.

Lol. Well, I remember when I was a little kid and my brother took me ice fishing in upstate NY. We kept having to cut the ice because the hole kept closing up.

Even so, I don't see how it could get thick enough to hold up a man just overnight.

PS. If Jon's performance and incompetent use of his people and resources so far is a sample of how he will be as king, the sooner someone else takes over the better it will be for his subjects.

By the way, was I the only one who realized the dragon would end up getting recycled? The moment I saw the winter king grab that ice javelin I knew he was going to recruit the damn beast.

PS. I never read the books, so I'm just going by what I'm picking up from the show.

I was a little surprised it just didn't turn into a zombie dragon right then and there after getting hit.

They have to be resurrected.
Do you think White Walkers just sit around the campfire eating s'mores?
They have jobs to do. Like overseeing the baggage train with all the chains.

The Night King is far more efficient than Jon Snow, that's for sure. Sam could have told him to take ravens. Dany could have been there in a few hours.

We know Jon didn't want to be king. But if he accepted, he needs to start acting like one or step aside.

A few episodes ago Sir Davos was wondering what to call his king, well it's becoming clear now … Jon the Mopey or Jon the Clinically Depressed or Jon the "I Can't Wait For Someone To Rid Me Of This Office".

Sad, considering how much blood was sacrificed to put him there.

PS. Or perhaps actress Rose Leslie is simply sapping all of Kit Harrington's strength and concentration when he gets home at night. :)

I'm wondering why it was not frozen over strong enough to hold them up before our heroes go there. It has been winter since Sam got to the citidel and since then little Sam has gone from a tiny infant to a darn big one, 6 months or so at least.
