Don't worry too much about it, 4D. It's just the reviewer getting a bit cutesy in a failed attempt to make yet another of the many hundreds of card games about collecting sets of similar items sound interesting.

If you're actually interested in knowing more about the game, I'd suggest The Dice Tower's video review:

I'm not sure why anyone would think it belongs here; the only thing even remotely nautical about it is the picture on the box.
