Comments or corrections?

Does anyone recognize the figure manufacturer in the photos below by the figure (French chasseur a cheval command I believe) or recognize the style? They are the same size as the Der Kriegspielers figures, so roughly 23mm or 1/72 scale.

Thanks for your help and expertise in advance!

You need to use another hosting service, you have fallen foul of the much discussed photobucket policy change. I would be extremely surprised if Qualiticast were back in production.
