Ok folks time to get those games and game reservations in as well as pre-registering for the convention. We will be closing these functions on 8 September to allow time to prepare pre-registration packets and get the program ready for the printer. We are allowing for a little extra time as this will be the first time using our new online registration system to perform some of these tasks. And time to get your room reservations in. The cut off date for the guaranteed rate of $82 USD and NO resort fee is 16 September. After that time the hotel may still honor the special rates but is under no obligation to do so. Also last time we sold out our room block early and had to request additional rooms. Once again the hotel was able to oblige but once again once our room block is filled there is no guarantee. Also the earlier you get the reservations in the easier it is for us to get additional rooms. Get ready for some of the best gaming anywhere! HURRICON 2017 28 September – 1 October.
