This game was very loosely based on the Confederate attempted outflanking manoeuvre at Resaca. It pretty much played out as it had done historically – the Confederates failing to turn the Union line.

We used the old version of Fire and Fury and were all surprised by how well they played!

Could anyone advise me how to pronounce 'Resaca' (in Georgia)?

Is is Resaca as in 'Jessica', or as in 'Re-Sacka' (with the stress on the 'S' ?

Many thanks!

It's pronounced Ra-Sock-Ah; or at least, that's how it's pronounced in Georgia. With emphasis on the "Sock"

Now I know! Thanks Extrabio.
