Hi Everybody,

Today I pitted the might of Aquilonia against the strength of Nemedia in my on-going Hott Hyborian campaign. These two nations represent the pinnacles of Hyborian power and as such the battle went down to a nail-biting 12 points vs 12 points with everything hanging in the balance as to who would lose the next element and so lose the battle.

Here are a few pictures to set the scene, but you can read about the whole thing on the blog.

Figures are all old-school 25mm from Prince August, Ral Partha and Garrison.

Hope you like it. Comments and crits welcome.

HOTT has produced an amazing amount of close games and this is another fine example! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Guys for your great feedback. HOTT does give a good impression of a massed battle, even with so few figures on the table. Perfect for Hyboria where, in the stories, the battles were big and bloody.

Glad you liked the galleys Louie. There was a naval variant for HOTT called something like Hordes of the Fleets which I would like to see but haven't been able to track down. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
