Get the above mentioned book for $1.23 USD! Kindle has it on sale, it's a crime not to buy it at this price! Not sure how long the deal will be offered and not sure if it available discounted on other than US Kindle sites. No link, but just look up the title in Kindle format.

Done and done! Thank you, kind sir, for bringing this to my attention.

You are welcome, I was following the discussions of books and ran across it on a Kindle search. Bought it immediately. Enjoy!

It's a good book. I bought mine (hardback) on amazon for £0.35 GBP plus postage about eight years ago – a sheer fluke, and probably mis-priced.

I had the same thing with Benghazi Handicap by Frank Chadwick. I was surfing the web and saw it on sale in a book shop in the States for $2.95 USD a copy (from memory) plus postage. I ordered two copies. I went back to the site the next day, thinking to buy ten more, only to find that the price had gone up to $29.50 USD a copy. I wasn't expecting the deal I'd done the day before to be honoured, it was an obvious pricing mistake but, a week later, both copies arrived. Sold the second copy for £25.00 GBP on ebay and made a tidy profit.
