The Virulent Cacophony is a repurposed bulk cargo ship. It is massive, even by Imperial standards. The forces of chaos have taken it and filled its hold with the most virulent of diseases and aimed it straight for Astramis.

The Ultramarines have boarded the ship in the hopes to divert its course or destroy it. Even if they can't divert it they may be able to damage it enough that loyalist forces can more easily prevent the ship from crashing into the planet.

We shall see how it turns out.

The game went pretty well. The marines lost 6 to 5, despite Bobby G himself seizing the bridge, with the engine still pumping and the forces of chaos still very much in play the ship was only partially able to be diverted from the planet, not colliding with the crust but smashing through the atmosphere and the contagion was partially unleashed.
