Picked up a batch of the HP (and some Guardians of the Galaxy) "Nano Metalfigs" from WalMart last week.

Despite some shortcomings and a scale of 38mm sole-to-eye, there's alot to be said for these cheap little figs. This is epecially true considering the dearth of other affordable Harry Potter miniatures.

Did I mention they're only one buck each!

Love the review. There sure seem to be a great variety of figures. And the walmarts in my area did not all start stocking them at the same time,so they have been a challenge to find. Any idea why you never see some of the figures? For Harry Potter I can't seem to find Hagrid.

Thanks!

I'm not sure about the selection. I think that some figures are actually not released yet. I've looked at various resellers online and have not seen Hagrid and a few others sold separately yet.

Near as I can figure, Alastor Moody, Rubeus Hagrid, Ginny, and Neville Longbottom were not available from walmarts and seem to only be in the upcoming 20 pack. Were you able to find any of them? Even weirder, Snape and Jacob Kowalski (from Fantastic Beasts) seem to not have been released or announced-for-release at all yet and appear only as text on the checklists on the back of the single figs.

At this time, I think that the 6 figs above might be the only ones I don't have yet.
I'm hoping that a wider release will have these figs available separately, but if not I'll probably breakdown and buy the multi-pack. I don't think I'd have too much difficulty selling off the duplicates.

One last thing, I revisited a local wamart and the few figs that remained had already been moved to the clearance section.
