The Usborne book building work fine with 15mm figures. Indeed the cardboard figures in the book are around the same height of modern "15"mm models. The main problem with the Usborne models is they have an accurate scale footprint which makes the individual buildings much biggerthan your average game designed buildings. I have a heap of their medieval buildings which look fine next to the figures but are too large a footprint to be of much use on the battlefield.

I forgot about Usborne! Dan, I think I'll spend my terrain time on 15mm Peking Legations and building anew Hive.
