Paul, it is quite possible he has just fired since the hammer is in the down position. A 45 Colt, while mild to shoot still has some recoil especially when fired with one hand.

What I like about this figure is there are no Hollyweird tie-downs for his holsters.

I believe Billy Clanton was 18 or 19 when he died at the OK Corral; kind of young to have a gray musthache (sp?), don't you think?

Billy Clanton was quite young (as mentioned, 18-19) when he died, and he was clean shaven. There are numerous photos of him in his casket out on the internet. But perhaps he had a stache prior to his dealings with the Earps?
