"Today see the finish of the dual build of Modelcollect's two new E-100 Missile launchers. Andy not only gives us his build guide of the 1/72nd Rheintochter 1 Launcher with E-100 Body – but also the boxing of the same scale and brand's V-1 launching platform as well – See him finish them both off into his final part in today's story…"

The V1 will not launch like that as it needs forward motion to initiate the motor. Hence launched from ramps with a catapult mechanism |

Would that really be the best use for expensive and complex T2 hulls? |
tyroflyer2 | 27 Jul 2017 5:27 a.m. PST |
Agree with kabrank. The V1 won't launch. |
Fred Cartwright | 27 Jul 2017 9:05 a.m. PST |
Thought the same. It would need a rocket booster as a minimum. |

That's what the tank is for: Roll the whole thing down a hill, launch the rocket when the motor starts. I think the correct speed is 88 mph. |

Don't see the problem really, given the high levels of suspension of belief in order to immerse oneself in konflict 47 (or whatever it's called) then a little detail like the laws of physics shouldn't get in the way at all |

True about the ramp, but these models are rather nifty and I could easily suspend my belief to incorporate these into a '46 game. Which I will! |

They are complete cobblers. But quite attractive cobblers, and in my favourite scale. So …….. |

No to mention that the blast deflector is too short--the exhaust from the V-1's motor would pass right over it! |

Glad you like them my friend!. (smile) Amicalement Armand
