Hi,

I want to base my 28mm figures. I don`t wargame but are more a collector and Napoleonic area hobby enthusiast. How would I base my French Line and light infantry command bases? I want to use 4 figs per compagnie on 1 base. Should I use a different base for regimental mounted commander and the porte-aigle (standard bearer) with 2nd and 3th porte-aigle and one more figure on one base(4 fig in total)?
Where would I put the bat. commander?
Any help much appriciated.
Regards

Put him on a separate base. He can then be used as a useful marker.

I have for the command of the first battalion a mounted officer, flagbearer and drummer, the other battalions have a dismounted officer, drummer, flagbearer and fusilier
