A few weeks ago I submitted a claim with Prodos Games through their website for a replacement piece to Doctor Diana, a Warzone Resurrection miniature. Part of my miniature was broken.

I submitted my request along with a picture, and never expected to hear from them. The broken piece is very small, they are in Polond, and I'm in the USA.

Last night I received a package from Prodos Games, and inside were three replacement pieces!
