Earlier this month Peter Lowitt hosted and excellent battle form the French Revolution using Carnage and Glory. The dashing French threw everything they had at a stubborn Austrian army that fought back with equal furry. link

Love the French Revolutionary period. 80 years old Austrian commanders vs. a bunch of doctors, kids, tinkers, etc. commanding an army as a Mission holds a pistol to his temple. The result is almost always amusing.
