Yes, it is The Men Who Would Be Kings (BTW, I just watched the movie again….I LOVE that line "Let us seek safety in battle" no truer words were ever spoken)

Al-Banditi did say "Bully" but it sounded more like BHOOLEE, he had gotten his outfit via the Sears&Roebuck catalog, Heaven alone knows where he managed to find Pinz-nez glasses
