To those folks who so kindly showed interest and support for my Steer to Glory rules by pre-registering, my apologies for the last moment cancellation of the several Steer to Glory scenarios. Unfortunately, my wife suffered a sudden and unexpected medical emergency requiring immediate surgery.

I am currently working on getting to Fall-In and hope to see all there.

I hope she recovers quickly, Blutarski.

Thanks, Peter. Looks like she got through the operation (gall bladder) in very good shape.

Gall bladder? Ouch! You made the right choice by skipping Historicon. Hope she's feeling better.

That's what happens when you schedule a bunch of Caribbean operations during hurricane season…

Best wishes to your wife for a speedy and complete recovery.

Sorry to hear that, family comes first. Best wishes to your wife for a full and complete recovery.

Ouch! Sad to hear, but 'real life' (especially family) trumps all. Give her our best and hope she has a quick and painless recovery.

Thanks, guys. My wife very much appreciates all the get well sentiments, as do I. There are a lot of very nice people in this hobby.

Ah, I wondered what happened! I searched everywhere for you on all three days.

I am glad to hear all is well with your wife, best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Thanks Sarge. Wife is making steady progress and everything checks out AOK so far.

Re the cancellation, I tried to post here on TMP to give folks a proper heads-up, but found myself locked out from posting as a consequence of Bill's vacation. Very frustrating; it was the first time I have ever had to cancel a game, let alone three.

Any chance we'll see you at Fall-In???

Fall In is iffy right now. I won't know for a couple of weeks.

Sarge – whereabouts are you geographically located? I am in Greenville SC CSA ….. >-]
