Paul, There is a variant on the TSATF Yahoo Group called "The Powersword and the Flamer". It is decent and gives a fun game.

Go to the web store sergeants3.com/18.html# and look for the variant "Frogs in Space" which uses 40K figures and is set far in the future when the French hegemony under Louis Napoleon XVIII holds sway against the Elfins and the Greenies with the Guard and his regiments de ligne.

We had great fun developing this variant.
