While some good solid choices there are a fair number of "What the heck were they thinking" choices. Also seems weighted towards more current films, relatively speaking.

Welcome to movie criticism, which is always about the new. Come back in even ten years, and a good quarter of that list will have disappeared. In 20 years, it will be more like half. But the titles which are already 40 years old or more will still be there.

There is new good stuff. But these people have no idea what it is, so they heap up everything recent, hoping they won't be embarrassed by skipping what will become a classic.

Oh, come now, Boodie. I didn't go see it, but I'd about bet money the "production values" of Stalingrad were high--meaning they paid for expensive sets, costumes and special effects. It's decent scripts they hate to pay for, and they're a little ambiguous about paying for acting talent. (They'll pay for "names," though…)

Sorry but 80% junk I'm afraid. Who compiles this rubbish?

Says it all, with SPR being #1, Inglorious Bastards & The Dirty Dozen were also in his top 10. Good grief!

Flaming soviet zombies attacking Nazis, what's not to like?

Stick with the old Stalingrad movies.
