Looks like a squadron level game using 1:200 scale aircraft.

For that kind of money you would think they could tell you a little bit about the game…

I'll stick with Wings of Glory…..

I agree with you Joe. I'm not sure if the planes are pre-paints. I would like to see some after action reports and a copy of the rules in PDF.

From the pictures it looks like a cross between Wings of Glory and Bolt Action. I think the intention (particularly with the rest of their games that are out now) is to get you hooked on the basic boxed set, then sell a ton of the add-on boxes. They're definitely trying to go beyond just the wargamer market as that is a small group that can't sustain the kind of sales volume they would like to hit.

I am throwing all of my Battle of Britain books away. They had no mention of any US, Japanese or Russian involvement so they must be grossly inaccurate.

A surprising lack of basic info.

If you go to the store at that site, you can download a sample PDF of the rules.

No Hurricanes and Spitfire MkII instead of Spitfire No 1s with a Battle of Britain edition that include no Me110 or Stukas.

Looks like a cash grab instead of an actual historical game. Bag the Hun for Bob action by the TFL for me instead of this sham. Not impressed. What's the poi t of the 28mm pilot figure with 1/200 scale 10mm aircraft. To me it's how to package stuff that never sold for Bolt Action.

Actually after watching various BRS YouTube videos including a full game featuring Andy himself I 've decided to join the fray. I will simply get the BofB basic box set. Phase 2 will have the hurricanes Me110s etc. It would be good if data is provided for other aircraft so one can use their own 1/200 scale models.
