Does anyone have thoughts for 28mm figures to use as Irish raparees for the Williamite wars? I know that Reiver has raparees but they won't fit my Warfare Miniatures very well. I was thinking of using Montrose ECW Irish types with smock and trews, which seems likely attire for Irish peasant types but I was hoping someone here would have some better insight into the look of late 17th century raparees.

I saw these on a blog today, they'd be a great start!

This won't be useful to you for a few months yet, but I have been working on specific raparee figures for Warfare miniatures. Can't give an ETA yet.
