Hello;

I need to ask for advice on this. I have the ruleset and I have the Blue Moon minis for FIW. Can anyone suggest what percentage to scale the movement and ranges down to from 28mm to 15/18mm? I have seen on different message boards people have gone down to 3/4 to 1/2 of what the original ranges are in the rules, but what would be more accurate to go with? I've not tried to do something like this with a rule set before so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Honestly, I think that you don't need to scale down for 18/15mm individual figures. One figure is one person for the game, so a skirmish game should play well without changes. If you feel they are too long after a game, then maybe 3/4 is what I would scale to.

I play them with 60mm and double the ranges.

Sorry, I don't know the rules, so this may be of no help! Usually when converting rules from 15mm to 25mm, going from 1cm for 15mm to 1 inch for 25mm works So two fifths. So a half or a third would probably work…..just do something that leaves a whole number!
