Look at what I've just come across: YouTube link So simple … a thin water and polyurethane glue paste, applied to both pieces. Tape them together for less than 10 minutes. Remove tape and done! Dan |

Yup. I learned this when building foamie RC airplanes. Gorilla glue (or other awesome poly glue) is awesome, but if you want the bond to be light (important for planes) and the foaming to be controlled (important for everything), premix it with a little water. Doug |
