Hi all. I recall seeing a battle report on the forum a few months ago. I've been searching for the past few hours, but I cannot find it. It was a link to a blog written in French, and involved a few French ships attempting to break out from port against a British blockage consisting of 4/5 ships. I know it's a bit vague, but does this sound familiar to anyone? I was keen to review the scenery and ships used and attempt to make my own version of the battle. Cheers |

Cwenneth, I don't know if this is what you had in mind (this post is written in Italian) but anyway here is a report on a game where a French squadron tries to break out of port past a British blockade. I think maybe Armand posted it sometime in the last six months or so. I saved a link for myself because I enjoyed the scenery. link |

By Jove, you've got it! That is the exact one. Sorry, I had thought that it was written in Italian. I agree, the scenery makes the report much more thematic, part of why I was really keen to find it. Thanks for your help. |

If you can remember a few significant phrases or terms you can google those adding the modifier "site:theminiaturespage.com" (without the quotes). This limits the search to that website. I find this search constrainer *incredibly* helpful. |
