Thinking of putting flags from my Napoleonic armies on my wargaming room. Something around 12"x 16"(depending on originals dimensions). Not sure if a decal would be alright( or even available) or a cloth one. Does anyone know of a source of something like this? So far I have found a US flag that's 12x16, but there are a lot more I would need. Any tips would be helpful.

Obviously I need to look at what I type for a title. I meant to say wall decoration.

One resource would be if you had digital images, a Kinkos or banners shop could print you your flags. It is essentially no different from the printing of sale banners or such that countless businesses, clubs, and events use. I had a banner printed for a summer vacation bible school week that was on some sort of flexible plastic/cloth material, maybe 8'x4' and about $60. USD Doing smaller things like you are suggesting should be affordable.

This German company makes Napoleonic flags among many others.

Sea war store has Napoleonic flag shirts, we bought some for our group. Just cut the flag out and it's cheaper than 49 euro.

You could look into the print then iron on pages. They will be smaller than you want, but might still be large enough for your purposes. This might work better for the more obscure countries/units.

Would you consider printing digitally created flags to your preferred size, for framing? This would be your least expensive recourse, but their are cloth materials out there you can print directly to via your home printer, also.

In any case, displaying relevant flags is a fine idea for anyone's War Room. (Though personally, I have to draw the line at putting Nazi types on my walls.)
