If you are new and interested in Napoleonics or a long time Veteran, and are planning on attending Historicon this year, check out the Battle of Leipzig. Played in 10mm scale using La Petite Armee rules the game is staged on a 6'x8' battlefield with room for lots of players and is easy to learn and play. Friday and Saturday from 10am to 7pm each day. If interested you can contact me through TMP or at signifer@zianet.com. |

I won't be there but Leipzig is my "Holy Grail," I'd love to see a copy of your scenario! |

Will you be set up in a room or in the open gaming area with everyone else? Matthew |

Extra Crispy – It's always been mine as well – I want to fight whole battles and big battles. Even so, I haven't reached full scale yet. I'm at about 75% strength right now with just over 2,000 figures deployed on a 6x8 board. If you get me an email I can send you my board map and copies of my order of battle – it's set for La Petite Armee. Steve2112 – If you'd like some additional info before the battle just use the email address provided. 45thdiv – when I ran the game in 2015 I was in the open gaming area so I assume that is where I will be again this year. The scenario is divided into four 4-hour sessions, Friday at 10am and 3pm and Saturday at 10am and 3pm. |

Leipzig is our groups holy grail as well, however in 25/28mm battalion level. We would have to cut down by at least a third. |

Leipzig in 25mm scale .. you would need a small gym to fit all of the tables ;) I saw it done in 15mm and that seemed to make more sense .. but like you I love 25mm the most. Would love to see pics of your Leipzig 25mm game … have you posted pics here yet? |

Of course Leipzig can be done in an evening on 6'x4' if you don't mind your Holy Grail being quite small, and use suitably large time scale, ground scale and troop scale: link link But your Historicon game sounds epic. Well done for laying it on, it should make a lot of people happy. I hope it goes well and everyone has a great time! Chris |

HappyHussar, we have yet to try that monster. We did Wagram, our biggest game to date, although Borodino and Ligny were a close second. We have a room large enough, it's more organization and figures. It would be spectacular though! |
