Looking for suggestions for reasonably priced trees suitable for the Rhodesian Bush War.

Any thoughts?

I made my own from those plastic tree armatures, I just twisted the branches so they were mainly horizontal then glued green foliage on top. Looking at the pictures they might need a bit more foliage.

It's teddy bear fur, with random brown and green paint rubbed through it. Sorry to hijack your thread Alan.

Not a problem!

Table looks good. What rules were you using for,the game and what is the make of the huts?

foxweasel28 Jun 2017 12:37 p.m. PST

Cheers. Using home made rules, and all the buildings were knocked up by me as well. Foamcore and railway modelling wriggly tin roofs for the farm stead, big cut down cardboard tube and long grass for the native huts.

Good stuff.

Yeah, I also think that the trees probably would benefit from a little additional foliage.

Take a look at plastic aquarium plants, there might be something suitable there. Often turns up in pond/dollar shops.
