I have that very book and all the others by Carole Divall. they are all excellent reads. Wellington's Worst Scrape: The Burgos Campaign 1812, is a wonderful telling of a complex campaign and her histories of the lives of the British infantryman '30th Cambridgeshire Regiment' at home, abroad and on campaign are an exhaustive research into a typical British county foot Regiment of the era Paul :). |
