These are fought with a modified version of "The Men Who Would Be Kings" that have been adapted to reflect Victorian Science Fiction ideas. Rules changes are posted on the blog here link

Those aren't my opinions…….we allow the "winner to write the history" and The Housemartin has a real flair jingoistic prose.

Myself, being the Prussian, I tend to more analytical reporting ;)
