Interesting story about ISIS, with insights into their organisation, operations, professionalism and amateurism in unequal measures. The stamped leave request, but unit commanders writing on scavenged scraps of paper says a lot. Ultimately again it shows it to be rather vanilla would-be authoritarian regime.
