How do these match up size wise?

I'm thinking of getting some to use as robots with my GZG Tomorrow's War Cyclops hard suit figures.

Don't know about the Cyclops hard suits, I seem to remember they were quite beefy.

Here's a pic of my blockheads with some GZG not-Votoms maybe that helps…
