I'd love to hear and see peoples ideas on what they may have kitbashed or scratchbuilt for Star Trek minis in either FASA 1/3900 scale or the very similar Star Fleet Battles scale of 1/3788. I've done a few simple Micromachines kitbashes myself to add to my FASA and SFB collections, but I'd love to hear and see other peoples minis as well for ideas, as well as just some Trek goodness! :) Materials and various techniques used would be good to know. I especially liked the pictures I found in a link here on TMP from Andrew Lawton. There were a few pics of your conversions in progress that I saw, I'd love to know what parts you used on some of your Federation minis, that looked like JJ Trek style minis. Do you have a minis source for those, Andrew? I've seen some of the original minis that became the Irregular Minis 'not-Trek' minis, but I'd like to hear other peoples thoughts on this as well. |

I have done a LOT of Star Trek miniatures as papercrafts: ships are 1/4000 scale and individuals are 30mm. link |

Here are some of my ships. They are more kitbashes rather then scratchbuilds, but they may be of interest.

@Virtualscratchbuilder Amazing what you've achieved in balsa wood! Kudos to you. @Toaster Love the simplicity of your Federation destroyers, they look the part. @Alex757 I like your kitbashes a lot, is that "Ascension" class dreadnought using a Micromachine saucer and nacelles? |
