Am I imagining it, or does this bit of TMP seem to have become a bit quiet in recent months? I don't know how much this post will liven it up, but let me share it with you anyway.

In the past couple of weeks we've fought three really good games from three very different wars:
- Spotsylvania (1864), ACW
- Chorrillos & Miraflores (1881), War of the Pacific
- Sarantaporo (1912), First Balkan War.

I've done a composite blog post with all three AARs here:

There are a few photos from the 1881 and 1912 games in my Flickr feed which you can find from the blog. All the scenarios can be found in the files of the BBB Yahoo group.

The Spotsylvania game will be going to Historicon next month, so if you're interested and if there are spaces left, sign up now – it was a cracker.

Chorrillos & Miraflores is fun for being obscure, and also for featuring fun stuff such as naval gunfire support, early mines and machineguns, and railway guns.

Sarantaporo was our first go at a scenario from the "Bloody Big Balkan Battles" collection. It was a terrific game and if it was anything to go by, the whole set will make for some fantastic campaigns.

… should probably have posted this under "Battle Reports" rather than "Scenarios", sorry (though the scenarios are all available).

Sorry - only verified members can post on the forums.
