I know these exist… anyone know where to get them?

Lord Ashram18 Jun 2017 9:36 a.m. PST

Btw, I'm in the US, if that matters.

Aircraft bases, Infantry bases?

Lord Ashram18 Jun 2017 10:43 a.m. PST

Infantry, larger ones for a whole 6mm regiment.

I'm in the US also and I ordered my dice holders from Pendraken in the U.K. Ordered from them several times without issues.

Lord Ashram18 Jun 2017 11:55 a.m. PST

Sheep, where did you get the die cutout.

Minibits do them:

Our dice frames have certainly proved popular since we first released them years ago! The 7mm ones are available in the Warband section of the Pendraken site, or you can find all of the 5mm/7mm/10mm/12mm types on the Minibits site here: link

I have used them for my 6mm C&C Napoleonics units, and also as markers for my 10mm ECW units. They are excellent value, and easy to stick onto all sorts of bases. thoroughly recommended. And minibits also sell the dice to go in them.

Lord Ashram: How much was shipping to the US?

If you want these and are based in the US, drop me a line, I can get whatever size/combo you need.

Shipping to the US is 30% with a £4.00 GBP minimum through the Minibits site.

@ Mark: Drop me an email if you'd be interested in stocking them.

Lord Ashram18 Jun 2017 8:29 p.m. PST

Shipping was a few pounds.

Their email said to allow TWENTY ONE DAYS for processing. Anyone ordered from them before? Does it truly take that long?

Vigilant19 Jun 2017 1:27 a.m. PST

Pendraken have a very good reputation for customer service. I'd guess that the 21 days is to allow for them to deal with orders along with attending the shows around the UK.

The 21 days is a worst case scenario, in case we're away at shows or waiting on restocks to come in. For Pendraken it also includes casting figures as well, as we don't hold any stock.

Your order is fine though, we've got those here and they'll be shipped out for you tomorrow.

Lord Ashram19 Jun 2017 5:08 a.m. PST

Oh, excellent, I don't think I realized that Pendraken was Minibits! Thanks much!

No worries!

I use round styrene tube with little slightly rounded dice beads. They sit well and dont fall out as well as being easily rotated in their holder to reflect casualties.
