Hello all,can anyone identify this Warrior Priest figure and let me know where to find one?

Looks like a conversion consisting of pieces from various sources.

- Legs: probably from an elf figure
- Arms: from the White Wolf/Middenheim accessory sprue
- Torso: no idea
- Head: no idea (maybe from 40K range)
- Accessories: purity seal from 40K range, no idea for other bits

Legs are definitely from an older GW Dark Elf infantry figure.

I've assembled and painted enough of them from a commission to recognize them straight away…

I am quite certain it is not from the plastic knights box set – those do not have sashes. (However, that set contains somewhere a breastplate with Sigmar motto that would make for a great warrior priest conversion material too.)
